CSS Reboot status: 50%

Tuesday, May 2, 2006

So I’ve rebooted. Sort of. Only made it halfway this time around. Somehow I underestimated the work required fix the backend side of things, not to mention getting that new portfolio up and running. Ah, well. The good thing has been that by setting this deadline for myself, I think I’ve finally found a direction and structure for this site.

I’m going to be focusing more on writing technical tips and tutorials, mostly because I’ve found out that it really helps me remember if I write stuff down – but also because the few readers I have seem to appreciate it (that and baby pictures).

Expect things to look less broken during the next week or so, and if you want, you could always subscribe to my feed to stay updated on the progress… And If you have any suggestions on topics to write about related to WordPress and/or Textpattern, just leave a comment on this post.

Meanwhile, lots and lots of great CSSreboots around; go spend some time there, won’t you!

Very nice Mr. Rixman, you never fail to impress!

Maybe the bottom section should have a little more difference in tone/colour from the top section?

How does the “possibly related” thing work?

Yeah I know, the whole colour scheme reeks of bleach right now. the “possibly related” is powered by a related entries-plugin I found at w-a-s-a-b-i.com. It’s also possible to get related entries via the tagging system (UTW), but I haven’t really looked into that yet…
